A Week of Modest Dress Winter Edition – Day 3

This is my outfit for today (Tuesday)

–Red mock turtle-neck shirt – White Stag brand, purchased at a garage sale for $0.25
–Denim skirt – Venezia brand, purchased at Lane Bryant Outlet on clearance for $12 (see…I do buy things new sometimes…lol!)
–“heart” argyle knee socks, purchased at Walmart for $2
–white tennis shoes, purchased at Walmart for $5

As I said yesterday, often during the week I pull my hair back in a pony-tail to keep my hair out of my face so much when I work.

This is my outfit for today (Monday)

–Sleeveless Denim Dress – Faded Glory brand, purchased at a garage sale for $1
–Embroidered blouse – Bobbie Brooks brand, hand-me-down from my Mom
–argyle knee socks – purchased at Walmart for $2
–White tennis shoes – purchased at Walmart for $5

I have my hair pulled back in a pony-tail…a pretty usual look for around the house, as it keeps my hair out of my face as I work.

This is my outfit for today (Sunday)

–Embroidered Sweater – White Stag brand, purchased at a garage sale for $0.50
–Khaki Skirt – Old Navy Brand, purchased at a garage sale for $0.50
–White knee socks
–Khaki “Mary Jane” walking shoes – Danskin Now brand, purchased at Walmart for $16.

I’ve let my hair down and have my bangs pinned back with a a pretty barrette.

I REALLY like this skirt! It’s really long, like I prefer and it’s so comfortable! It has elastic in the back and draw-strings in the front so you can really personalize the fit.
